Jimmy Smart

Jimmy Smart is a seasoned operations research analyst with extensive experience in data analysis and reporting, currently serving as a Senior Operations Research Analyst at Strategic Resources, Inc. since January 2025. In this role, Jimmy has developed comprehensive reports for military and civilian stakeholders based on bi-monthly training surveys and has streamlined personnel data access through a secure SharePoint site. Prior to this, Jimmy worked at Magellan Federal, where an internal SharePoint site was created to assist shareholders, and held data analyst positions at Verizon and White Cap, focusing on data integration and workflow efficiency. A graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism, Jimmy has also completed a Data Science Career Track at Springboard, honing skills in data wrangling and predictive modeling.
