Jeff Lynch

Jeff Lynch is a seasoned consultant, trainer, and instructional designer with extensive experience in project management across various sectors, including defense, aerospace, and healthcare. Currently serving at the Project Management Center of Excellence since 2013, Jeff specializes in delivering project management training to Canadian Forces personnel and DND civilians. With a background as lead instructor at ESI International and instructor roles at The Versatile Company and Novations, Jeff has crafted tailored training programs that cover the full spectrum of project management from inception to execution. Previous consulting work includes acting as an expert witness in hazardous material claims and guiding engineering teams at Boeing Company. Jeff's diverse military background as a Colonel in the US Army adds significant leadership experience, complemented by a strong academic foundation, including an MBA and various postgraduate degrees in international relations and national security studies.
