Seema Tanwar

Seema Tanwar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and operations management within the training and consulting industry. Currently serving as a Program Manager at ESI International since August 2011, Seema has led the implementation of multimillion-dollar training initiatives for corporate and government clients while overseeing pre-engagement and business development efforts. Previously, as a Delivery Program Manager at Global Talent Track from April 2009 to September 2011, Seema managed program delivery across multiple locations and collaborated with various teams to enhance course offerings. Seema's earlier roles include Operations Manager at WNS Global Services and Team Leader at iShiva Back Office Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities included managing finance processes and accounts receivable for medical institutes. Seema holds a PGDBM in Finance from Amity University.
