Jim Roche serves as President & CEO of Stratford Group since December 2008, focusing on enhancing business performance. In addition, Jim holds the position of CEO & Chair of the Board at ThinkRF Corp. since October 2012, which specializes in spectrum monitoring for improved wireless communications. Jim is also the Chair of the Board for Ballard Power Systems, a leader in hydrogen fuel cell technology aimed at sustainable transit. Since May 2021, Jim has been a Board Member of Information Services Corporation ISC and a Board Member and Lead Director at Ross Video since February 2022. Additionally, Jim serves on the boards of PureFacts Financial Solutions and has been a Member of TEC Canada since March 2016, the Institute of Corporate Directors since January 2018, and the Canadian Association of Management Consultants (CMC-Canada) since August 2020. Previously, Jim was Chair of the Board for Elentra Corp. until July 2023. Jim's academic background includes education from Stanford University, Western University, Queen's University, and Lower Canada College.
