Kelly Rudyk serves as the President of It’s Logical Strategic Planning Services since February 2019 and has held the position of Director - Corporate Planning & Intergovernmental Affairs at Strathcona County since February 2012. With experience in strategic planning, business planning, and community engagement, Kelly has also worked as the Director - Corporate Planning and Acting Director - Corporate Planning & Intergovernmental Affairs at Strathcona County from 2005 to 2011, and as the Chief Administrative Officer for the Town of Bruderheim from April 1999 to January 2006. Kelly holds multiple degrees from the University of Alberta, including a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, a Bachelor of Arts, and a NAACLA Level II in Municipal Governance, alongside additional studies in Indigenous Canada completed in 2021.
