Oscar Méndez Soto is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development, technology consultancy, and management. Since June 2023, Oscar serves as President of the Generative AI Association. Oscar has been the Chairman and Founding Partner of StratioBD since November 2013, where the company is recognized for its innovations in Generative AI and data management technologies. Previously, Oscar held the position of President at Paradigma Tecnológico from January 2008 to December 2017, and served as Chief Technology Officer at IT Deusto and IP Soluciones, among other roles. Oscar's educational background includes advanced degrees from IESE Business School, the Executive Master Indra, and a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Escuela Tecnica Superior de Ingenieros de Telecomunicaciones.
