Diogo Moutela started their work experience in 2010 as a Graphic Designer at Câmara Municipal de Lisboa, where they worked until 2012. Diogo then joined Bet entertainment and technology in 2017 as a Creative & Motion Designer, and continued in that role until 2021. From 2021 to 2023, Diogo worked as a Creative & Motion Designer at Entain. Currently, they are employed at Stratio as a Product Designer from January 2023 onwards.

Diogo Moutela has a diverse education history. In 2007, they attended Escola de artes gráficas and completed their high school diploma in Design Gráfico in 2009. In 2010, Diogo briefly studied at Restart - Creative Education, where they pursued a licentiate degree in Animação, Tecnologia Interativa, Design Videográfico e Efeitos Especiais. Continuing their education, they enrolled at Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário Lisboa in 2011.
