Paulo Bajouco has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as a Procurement Analyst at Paul Stricker, SA. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Finance Accounting Trainee at OTOC. Paulo then joined BJK, Contabilidade e Consultoria as a Certified Accountant from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they moved to Feedzai and held the positions of Financial Controller and Finance Manager. Their most recent role is as Head of Finance at Stratio, which they have been in since September 2017.

Paulo Bajouco has a strong educational background in business administration and management. Paulo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidade de Coimbra in 2009. Paulo then pursued a Master's degree in the same field from the same institution, completing it in 2011. In 2014, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial and Fiscal Management, also from Universidade de Coimbra.
