Thomas Anthony Lailey de Ville

Thomas Anthony Lailey de Ville is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the commercial sector. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Director at Strativ Group since January 2023, Thomas has previously held the position of Group Managing Director at SGI from August 2019 to January 2023. Prior to this, Thomas was Director at Next Ventures from September 2012 to August 2019 and worked as an Executive Management Consultant at SThree from August 2006 to September 2012. Thomas holds a 1st Class Honours degree in Business Studies and Psychology from Canterbury Christ Church University, earned between 2003 and 2006.
