Danita Ward is a seasoned recruitment and business leader with extensive experience in staffing and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Recruitment Analyst at Stratosphere Quality since August 2020, Danita manages the recruitment process for temporary associates in the US and Canada, while fostering relationships with staffing agencies. As the CEO and Business Owner of Flashy Diva Danita $5 Bling-Paparazzi Accessories, established in August 2019, Danita drives a thriving jewelry business and mentors a team of women entrepreneurs. Prior roles include Staffing Manager and Recruiting Manager at Staffmark, where Danita developed recruiting strategies and managed operational aspects of customer needs.
