Currently serving as the President and CEO at Straughan Environmental, Inc., Tracy oversees all business activities, manages team members, and leads technical projects in acoustical engineering. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, Tracy's previous roles include positions as a Design Engineer, Professional Engineer, Project Manager, and Civil Engineering Intern. Tracy's expertise encompasses areas such as roadway design, environmental design, sustainable design, construction management, and acoustical analysis.
