Daniel Sanders

Daniel Sanders is an accomplished machine learning and software engineering professional with extensive experience in leading innovative projects at prominent companies including Strava, Amazon, and Nike. Currently serving as the Manager of Machine Learning at Strava since May 2022, Daniel previously held significant roles at Amazon where notable achievements included developing a machine learning model that improved fraud risk evaluation and operationalizing a secure delivery service for major events. At Nike, Daniel designed a workout recommendation model that significantly enhanced user engagement and led the development of adaptive coaching features for mobile applications. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Washington.
