Tom Leung

Tom Leung is a seasoned product management leader with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Management at Strava since June 2025, Leung oversees product management teams and drives product innovation strategies. As a Managing Partner at Palo Alto Foundry since February 2024, Leung sources and invests in high-tech businesses while providing executive coaching. Previously, Leung held the position of Director of Product Management at Google from April 2016 to November 2023, where responsibilities included leading product innovation for AI and managing creator tools at YouTube. Leung co-founded Poachable in March 2012 and served as CEO, focusing on matching tech professionals with job opportunities while driving product development and fundraising efforts. Leung holds an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School and an AB in History and Economics from Bowdoin College.
