Reid Pakes

Reid Pakes is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience at Stream Realty Partners since January 2018, serving in various roles from Property Administrator to Senior Property Manager. Prior to this, Reid held the position of Facilities and Special Events Assistant within Duke University's Athletic Department, where responsibilities included serving as tournament director for the NCAA Field Hockey Tournament and collaborating with NCAA officials on tournament logistics. Reid also contributed to the Texas A&M Athletic Department as a Facilities & Special Events Assistant, generating over $500,000 in new revenue through event coordination and marketing initiatives. Early career experience includes an internship with the Brazos Valley Bombers, focusing on game-day operations and community relations. Reid holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management with a minor in Business from Texas A&M University.
