Maria Jump is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and support management. Currently serving as the Director of the Customer Care Center at Streamline Brands since January 2025, Maria previously held the position of Director of Customer Support at Evolve from 2019 to 2024, where leadership of a remote team of 200 representatives focused on enhancing customer service performance through developed standards and quality initiatives. Earlier roles include Assistant Vice President of Student Services at Colorado State University-Global Campus, where oversight of six departments and university-wide service initiatives improved the student experience, and Director of Student Advising, leading a team of 30 to provide comprehensive support to over 15,000 students.
