Previously, McMillan served on the Steering Committee of Streets For All and held roles at BCG Digital Ventures as a Strategic Designer and at Nissan Motor Corporation, where responsibilities included quality engineering and process engineering during high-volume manufacturing and product development. McMillan holds a Master of Science in Transportation Systems & Design from ArtCenter College of Design and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
