Streets For All
Nuriel Moghavem currently serves as the Medical Director of Outpatient Neurology and the Director of both the Multiple Sclerosis Clinic and the LA County Jail Neurology Specialty Clinic at Los Angeles General Medical Center, in addition to being a Co-Chair of the LA County Department of Health Services Multiple Sclerosis Workgroup. Moghavem holds the position of Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Neurology at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California and chairs the Data Release Committee for the California Department of Health Care Access and Information. Involvement with various organizations includes membership on the Steering Committee for Streets For All, the National MS Society's Activism Advisory Committee, and the American Academy of Neurology, along with contributions to the Los Angeles County Medical Association and the California Medical Association. Moghavem's educational background includes completing a Doctor of Medicine at Stanford University School of Medicine and a Clinical Instructor Fellowship in Multiple Sclerosis/Neuroimmunology at the same institution.
