David Monaghan has extensive work experience in finance and business analysis. Starting their career in 2005 at The Media Group UK, they worked their way up from an Administration Assistant to a Business Analyst. In 2011, they joined IAG Cargo as a Finance Analyst and later became a Commercial Finance Analyst and a Senior Finance Business Partner, specializing in Transformation & Alliances. David then moved to British Airways in 2019 as a Senior Finance Business Partner for Revenue before transitioning to a similar role for Worldwide Airports. Currently, they hold the position of Group Head of Commercial Finance at Stretchline Holdings Ltd since 2022.
David Monaghan completed their education as follows:
- From 2008 to 2010, they attended the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, where they obtained a degree in Management Accountancy (ACMA).
- From 2002 to 2005, they studied at Leeds Beckett University and earned a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Business Studies.
- From 2000 to 2002, they attended Bilborough College in Nottingham, where they pursued A Levels in Business Studies, English Language, and Psychology.
- From 1995 to 2000, they attended Chilwell School in Nottingham and acquired a General Certificate of Secondary Education (GSCE) with a focus on Mathematics.
