Daphne Troxell

Daphne Troxell serves as the Senior Manager of State Compensatory Education and Texas State Testing Manager at Stride, Inc. since July 2015. In this role, Daphne organizes state testing for over 30,000 students across 52 sites in Texas, trains staff and site leads, and manages the testing administration and coordination of staffing. Key responsibilities include agile project management, analytical review of testing results, and effective communication with various schools and teams. Prior experience includes serving as an Academic Administrator and Principal, where observations and evaluations of teachers were conducted to enhance student achievement, and as a Regional Instructional Coach at K12, focusing on data-driven instruction and professional development. Daphne holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Grand Canyon University and a Master's degree in Teacher Education and Professional Development from Western Governors University.
