Wayne Koerner

Wayne Koerner serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at STRIKE since February 2018, where an emphasis on value creation for the company and its clients has resulted in long-term repeat business. With a strong background in oil and gas construction, Wayne has held significant roles such as Vice President of Operational Excellence and Vice President of Project Lifecycle, where responsibilities included managing operational policies and coaching on project lifecycle management. Additionally, Wayne has experience in state licensing as a Qualifying Party for multiple companies across various states, including Capstone Energy Services and Crossfire, LLC. Earlier roles include leadership positions at Okland Construction and Spring Creek Construction, with a foundational education in Civil Engineering from the University of Wyoming.
