Carine Gursky is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and financial services. Currently serving as the Head of Global Customer Success Management at Stripe since May 2019, Carine has held several leadership roles within the company, including Head of Strategic Accounts Customer Success and Head of Enterprise Account Management. Prior to joining Stripe, Carine spent over 18 years at Wells Fargo in various positions, culminating as Managing Director and Western & Central FX Sales Manager. Carine's earlier career includes roles in business development at Aceva and Cybergold, as well as marketing and sales at Sun Microsystems and Digital Generation Systems. Carine holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from UCLA.
