Gary Taylor

Gary Taylor, CA, CPA, is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in risk management and financial consulting. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer at Strive Capital Corporation since March 2021, Gary has previously held significant positions including EVP and Chief Risk Officer at RFA Bank of Canada from June 2013 to January 2020, and VP of Asset Management and Tax, Managing Director at Street Capital Group Inc. from October 2002 to May 2013. Prior to these roles, Gary worked as a Senior Tax Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Gary's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of the Witwatersrand, a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from The South African Institute of Chartered Accountants, and completion of The Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants program in 1996.
