Max Meltzer has a diverse professional background with experience in various industries. Max is currently the CEO of Strive Gaming, where they oversee operations in Vancouver, Las Vegas, Malta, and the UK. Prior to this role, Max worked as a Venture Partner at Astralis Capital Management LP, a venture capital firm focused on investing in the gaming industry. In their earlier career, Max served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Kambi, leading sales teams and partnering with Tier 1 bookmakers globally. Max also held the position of Head of Sales at Press Association, managing media sales and business intelligence sales teams. Max co-founded Simply Sport Management, a successful sports management agency, where they devised the business plan and recruited and managed a team of consultants and scouts. Max has also worked at Microsoft and International Sports Management Ltd, where they served as a Sales Manager and Licensed Football and Cricket Agent, respectively. Additionally, Max worked as a Music Agent at International Talent Management, representing renowned composers and securing them work in the entertainment industry.

Max Meltzer completed their Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Business from Durham University Business School from 2005 to 2008. Max then pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) degree with a focus on International Trade & Commercial Law at Durham University from 2008 to 2009.
