Joe Willage

Joe Willage is an accomplished data science professional currently serving as the Director of Data Science at STRIVR since March 2017. With a strategic vision and hands-on expertise, Joe leads innovative data science initiatives and oversees a range of analytic projects within the company. Prior roles at STRIVR include Senior Data Science Manager and Staff Data Science Lead, where responsibilities encompassed exploratory analysis, statistical testing, and development of telemetric algorithms. Joe's previous experience includes a data scientist role at Big Spaceship, delivering insights from large datasets, and a solution architect position at Teradata, focusing on data-centric solutions. Joe began a career in technology as a software engineer at Meridian Technologies and held a SharePoint contractor position at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Florida State University, obtained in 2009.
