John Lawless

John Lawless has extensive experience in customer support and management. Currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer and previously as a Customer Support Specialist at STRIVR since December 2018, John has developed strong technical and customer service skills. Before joining STRIVR, John was the Restaurant General Manager at The Hop Yard at Fat Bottom Brewing Co. from May 2016 to November 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing restaurant operations, managing a banquet hall, ensuring financial success, and maintaining team welfare. John's career also includes military service as a Sergeant in the US Army from October 2001 to December 2006.
