Rupert Barksfield

Rupert Barksfield has had a diverse work experience in various industries. 🚀 Rupert started their career as a Consultant at BigBearX in 2017. In 2018, they became a Co-Founder and advisor at Strolll, where they worked on a project related to the condition called 'Freezing'. 🚀 Rupert also served as a Board Observer at Strolll. In 2019, Rupert joined NatWest as part of the RBS & NatWest FinTech Accelerator program.

In the year 2020, Rupert took on multiple roles. 🚀 Rupert became an Investor at Subly, a company specializing in automatic transcription and subtitling. 🚀 Rupert also served as an Advisor at FruPro, which operates a B2B digital marketplace for the Fresh Produce industry. Additionally, Rupert became a Member of ICE List, a position they held until 2023.

From 2021 onwards, Rupert held several positions. 🚀 Rupert became the CEO & Project Lead at Amulet Protocol, a role that they currently holdsholdupert also assumed the role of Group Strategy at Metarisk. In 2022, Rupert became a Founding Member of the Cointelegraph Innovation Circle, where they contricontributeles on Web3 and DeFi.

Furthermore, Rupert has been involved with Outlier Ventures as a Basecamp Mentor, an accelerator program supporting pre-seed stage startups in the Web 3 space.

Rupert Barksfield pursued their education at the Reading Blue Coat School from 1993 to 2001. During this period, they studied subjects such as Physics, Biology, Information Technology, and Design and Technology. After completing their schooling, they enrolled at The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts from 2002 to 2005. Here, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Hons Sound Technology.
