Nelson Cuadras

Nelson Cuadras is a seasoned Training & Development Leader with over 8 years of experience in designing and delivering impactful training programs in both virtual and in-person settings. Currently serving as the Director of the Commercial Team for Sales & Training at StrongArm Tech since January 2023, Nelson has a proven track record in adult learning theory and data-driven program optimization. Previously, Nelson held positions as Training Lead at Worklete, where successful partnerships led to significant contracts, and Project Manager roles at PressGo, Once Coupled, and Lucid Digital LLC, managing web projects and development teams. Additional experience includes a role as a Personal Trainer and positions in marketing and customer support, culminating in a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
