Melissa Gaddis, AIA, NCARB is an accomplished Design Architect at Struck since September 2024. Prior to this role, Gaddis served as Project Manager at Babcock Design from June 2022 to September 2024 and worked as an Architect at GSBS Architects from July 2016 to June 2022. Gaddis began their career in architecture with an internship at Bohlin Cywinski Jackson in early 2015 and contributed to the Beach Museum of Art as a Lobby Host. Additionally, Gaddis has experience in supervisory and instructional roles, including positions as a Swim Instructor Supervisor and Lifeguard for the City of Olathe, as well as a Choreographer and Dance Instructor at Five Star Dance Company. Gaddis holds a Master of Architecture and a Music Minor from Kansas State University, along with a high school diploma from Olathe South High School.
