Helen Perry-Smith is a Senior Geotechnical Engineer and South West Operations Manager at Structural Soils, where responsibilities include business development, project and financial management, site management, and providing geo-environmental and geotechnical advice to clients across various sectors. With extensive experience in managing complex projects, including work on nuclear power stations and large infrastructure initiatives, Helen has a strong background in quality and safety assurance. Prior to this role, Helen served as a Data Engineer at Halliburton, focusing on real-time drilling parameters, and as a Research Assistant at Plymouth University, gaining specialized skills in Ground Penetrating Radar technology. Helen holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology with Physical Geography from the University of Plymouth and A & AS Levels in relevant science subjects from Riddlesdown Sixth Form.
