Lawrence Kwong, CPA is an experienced Executive Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting at Structure Therapeutics. Prior to this, Lawrence has held various positions at companies such as PROCEPT BioRobotics, Refuge Biotechnologies, and Intersect ENT, where Lawrence managed IPO processes, SEC filings, and liaised with auditors and counsel. With a strong educational background including an MBA in Accounting from Santa Clara University and a BS in Finance from San Jose State University, Lawrence has a solid foundation for their career in finance and accounting.
