Lakmal de Silva

Lakmal De Silva is a seasoned Quality Engineering Lead with extensive experience in automation and software testing. Currently at StructureFlow since March 2023, Lakmal has previously held significant positions at Sysco LABS Sri Lanka from November 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities included feature ownership, optimization of automation suites, and leading a team in developing automated regression suites. Earlier experience at LSEG Technology involved key roles as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, overseeing multiple capital market projects, training QA analysts, and acting as Scrum Master for over 25 sprints. Lakmal holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Arts and Sciences, Computer Science from San Diego State University, and completed high school at St. Joseph's College, Colombo.
