Erika B. is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in both digital and traditional marketing strategies. Currently serving as Director of Marketing Operations at Stryker's Neurovascular Division since April 2016, Erika has successfully led global digital marketing initiatives encompassing website management, email marketing, content management systems, social media strategy, and targeted channel marketing. Prior to Stryker, Erika held the position of Marketing Director at Bay Area News Group, where responsibilities included overseeing the marketing and communications department, leading product launches, brand development, and executing multi-channel campaigns. Erika also has experience as Event Manager and Events & Communications Coordinator, planning significant fundraising and public events while developing media relationships. Erika holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Arizona and further education from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
