Rae-Anne Yip is currently the Group Vice President of Human Resources at Stryker. Before that, Rae-Anne was the Vice President of Human Resources at Genentech and the Founder & Managing Member of MANNY + BLINN. Rae-Anne has extensive experience in HR management and strategic planning, with a background in sales analysis as well. Rae-Anne holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, a Master of Public Administration from CSU Dominguez Hills, and has also attended Harvard Business School.
