Marcus Hollan has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. Marcus currently holds the role of Chief People Officer at Studio 5 - Learning and Development, Inc., a creative learning firm specializing in people development. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director at Cultivating Change Foundation, where they focused on advocating for and educating LGBTQ agriculturists. Marcus also worked as an Academic Coordinator and Research Assistant at the University of Kentucky, and as a Leadership Development Coordinator at the California FFA Association. Additionally, they served as a Leadership Trainer at both the National FFA Organization and the California FFA Association. Marcus also worked as the Associated Students Freshman Leadership Opportunity Program Director at California State University, Chico. Marcus Hollan has extensive experience in leadership development, people development, advocacy, and education.
Marcus Hollan pursued a Master's degree in Community and Leadership Development at the University of Kentucky from 2013 to 2016. Prior to their time at the University of Kentucky, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Business at California State University, Chico from 2007 to 2010.
