Martin Paradis is an experienced technology leader in the gaming industry, currently serving as the Director of Technology at KRAFTON Inc. since January 2023. Paradis is a co-founder and Technology Director at Epsilon Games, where supervision and implementation of systems for the game "Destination Primus Vita" take place. Previous roles include Advanced Gameplay Engineer at Warner Bros. Entertainment and Programming Director at Eidos-Montréal. Paradis has also worked as a Technical Architect at Ubisoft, contributing to notable titles such as "Hyperscape," "Rainbow Six Siege," and "Assassin's Creed Origins." A solid background in software engineering includes earlier positions at Kaydara and Matrox, with a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Université du Québec à Chicoutimi.
