Cynthia Harrington

Cynthia Harrington, CFA, is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Co-Founder and COO of Studious, an AI-enabled study support platform tailored for CFA candidates, Harrington has also held significant positions including Managing Director at Sagespring Associates LLC, providing executive coaching and strategic advice to startups since 2008. Previously, as CEO of Candidate Success until 2022, Cynthia was instrumental in transitioning the company to Studious Technologies, Inc. Harrington founded Team(You), Inc. to enhance school culture through positive behavior reinforcement programs. Cynthia's earlier career includes roles as a financial journalist with CFA Institute and as Principal/CIO at Harrington Capital Management Ltd., where Cynthia consistently outperformed benchmarks. Harrington holds a CFA designation and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and political science from St. Olaf College.
