Eddy Van Der Weerd

Eddy Van Der Weerd is the current Head of People Analytics & Reward at Stuff. Prior to this, they were with Stuff for 5 years and 7 months, where they held various HR positions including Head of People Analytics and Reward, and HR Services Manager. Before that, Eddy was a Senior HR Consultant with Southern Hospitality Ltd for 3 months.

Eddy has over 9 years of HR experience with Auckland Council, where they were Head of HR Shared Services, Group Manager Human Resources (acting), and Manager HR Shared Services. Eddy also has 8 months of experience as an HR Systems Manager with The University of Auckland.

Eddy began their career in HR with SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited, where they spent 4 years and 8 months as Performance and Remuneration Manager, HR Team Lead, HR & Payroll Team Lead, and Remuneration Manager.

Eddy Van Der Weerd has a Bachelor of Management Studies from the University of Waikato and a degree in HR Management. Eddy also attended Hamilton Boys High School.
