Jon Acklen is an experienced trial lawyer currently practicing at Stutman Law and Green, Schafle & Gibbs, where the focus is on representing clients who have suffered serious injuries from various forms of negligence, including automobile accidents and medical malpractice. Acklen has expertise in "bad faith" litigation, where insurance companies are held accountable for unfair treatment of customers, as well as consumer fraud cases. Prior to the current roles, Acklen held positions as a litigation attorney at Stutman Law and as a trial attorney at Fine and Staud LLP. With a legal career beginning in 2004 after earning a law degree from Temple University, Acklen has built a solid foundation through various attorney roles in different law firms, along with earlier experience as a financial advisor. Acklen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Religion from Dickinson College.
