Caroline Turner has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Caroline started in 1993 at Haymarket Media Group, where they held various roles including Group Advertising Manager and Advertising Director for multiple publications. In 2004, they ventured into entrepreneurship and started their own business called Caroline Turner Shoes, which they ran until 2010. Caroline then joined SW6 Associates as Director and worked there for over a decade until 2021. From 2021 onwards, they took up talent acquisition consultant roles at Sportseen LLP, Stylus Innovation + Advisory, and Mediaplanet. In 2022, they joined Carbon Architecture but left in November of the same year. Overall, Caroline Turner has a strong background in advertising and recruitment, with a focus on talent acquisition.
Caroline Turner earned a BSC Hons degree in Geographical Science from the University of Portsmouth, where they studied from 1989 to 1992.
