Justin Schraeder

Justin Schraeder is a Manufacturing Engineer II at Sub-Zero Group, Inc., with a tenure beginning in January 2018. Currently focused on new product launches, Justin's role involves collaboration with design teams to ensure adherence to DFM/DFA principles and process evaluation through PFMEA. Previously, Justin improved efficiency and quality in current production efforts and managed urgent issues across various product lines as a Manufacturing Engineer I. Early career experiences include roles as a Rotational Engineer at Sub-Zero, an Academic Student Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, a Maintenance Engineering Intern at Kerry Group, and a Student Engineer Trainee with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. Justin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, earned in 2017.
