Previous roles include Director of Business Development at Premier Security & Electronics, Inc., and various positions at Telos Corporation, where Joli managed operations, quality assurance, and engineering projects related to Department of Defense systems. Joli's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Monmouth University.
