Conor Toolan

Conor Toolan is an experienced professional currently serving as Director at iEHR.ai since January 2025 and Head of Strategy and Investment at Subsea Micropiles since November 2021. Toolan has been an Expert Evaluator for the European Commission since January 2020, contributing to the evaluation of EIC Accelerator applications. Previously, Toolan was a Senior Investment Advisor at BVP from February 2019 to March 2022 and led Toolan Consulting, an independent consultancy focused on sustainable energy and business planning, from April 2006 to December 2021. Toolan holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from University College Dublin and an MBA from Dublin City University.
