Lara leads through her passion for simplifying and streamlining teams by utilizing the Principles of Lean. She brings over 25 years of strategic financial and operational leadership experience, having worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Qpass, Zumobi, and more. She is a CPA and earned her MBA at the University of Washington Foster School of Business. Outside of work, Lara co-founded Seattle Classical Christian School and serves in the children’s ministry of her church alongside her husband and two boys.
