Sanjay Sathe

Serial entrepreneur, Sanjay Sathe, is the Founder & CEO of SucceedSmart. Sanjay, a pioneer within the HR Technology space, also served as Founder & CEO of RiseSmart, which disrupted the $3B traditional outplacement industry by introducing a next-gen solution that leveraged AI. RiseSmart was acquired by Randstad for $100M in 2015. Sanjay then served as Founder & CEO of GenomeSmart, the first ever AI-based genetic risk assessment and test recommendation platform, acquired by Konica Minolta Precision Medicine in 2020. Both represent successful venture-backed exits. Sanjay earned an MBM from the Asian Institute of Management and completed an executive education program at Wharton. He is a global citizen, having spent twenty-two years as a corporate executive before pivoting to become a successful entrepreneur. Sanjay’s achievements include the 50 Outstanding Asian Americans award in 2016, the Stevie Awards’ 2017 CEO of the Year, and the Alumni Achievement Award from AIM.
