Rafey completed an Executive Programme in Business Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2011, a PG Diploma in Travel & Tourism from Food Craft Institute Aligarh in 1999, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Rohilkhand University Bareilly in 1998.
