Sean McCarty has extensive experience in the food and hospitality industry. Sean started their career as an Owner/Operator at Buffalo Wild Wings from 1994 to 2001. Sean then joined Sugar Factory LLC. in 2011 as a Manager. Sean worked at Pampas Churrascaria in 2012 as the General Manager before becoming the Corporate Trainer and Director of new store openings at Pampas. In 2015, they joined Sugar Factory LLC. as the Corporate Director/General Manager. Currently, Sean is the Director of Operations at Lincoln Food Hall Miami, a position they have held since 2019.
Sean McCarty earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from The University of Akron.
