Jin Lee has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources and people operations. Starting in 2016, Jin worked as a Payroll Specialist at Sentric for two years before moving on to become an HR Generalist at INNOCEAN USA from June 2018 to November 2019. Following this, Jin joined Havas Edge as a Human Resources Manager from December 2019 to November 2020. Jin then worked as a People Business Partner at Restaurant365 from December 2020 to June 2021. From June 2021 to October 2022, Jin served as a Director of Human Resources at APA Agency. Currently, Jin holds the role of Director of People Operations at Sugar23 since October 2022.

Jin Lee earned a Bachelor's degree in English Education from California State University, Long Beach from 2007 to 2009. In terms of additional certifications, Jin obtained various qualifications from LinkedIn, including "Human Resources Foundations" in March 2020, "Coaching and Developing Employees" in January 2020, "Strategic Human Resources" in January 2020, "Certification Prep: Professional in Human Resources (PHR)" in August 2019, "HR as a Business Partner" in August 2019, "Human Resources: Strategic Workforce Planning" in August 2019, and "Human Resources: Payroll" in December 2018.
