Arun Mistry is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success, account management, and business development across various sectors. Currently serving as the Customer Success Director for SugarCRM in the APAC region, Arun is responsible for driving software license renewals and professional services revenues while developing market strategies and enhancing business growth. Previous roles include senior management positions at Shipwire, where responsibilities encompassed P&L management, customer satisfaction, and integration into the wider CEVA Logistics ecosystem. Arun has also held significant roles at Shipwire Inc., Digital Garden Sydney, Loaded Technologies, Brass Tacks, Carbon5, Adcorp, and Blue Gecko Design, showcasing a strong track record in client management, strategy development, and digital marketing. Arun holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Portsmouth.
