Len Villaflor has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. Len began their career in 1999 as a Senior Financial Analyst for Hall Kinion. In 2000, they moved to Turnstone Systems as an Accounting Manager, where they stabilized Accounts Payable and assembled a team to accommodate the growth in volume and complexity of transactions and business activities. In 2001, they joined MyPoints.com as the Director of Accounting, where they improved the speed and accuracy of month end close and developed and implemented specifications for the reconciliation of inventory and redemption activities. Len then moved to MyPoints.com as the Controller, where they identified control weaknesses in the fulfillment center and managed the gathering, reconciliation, and submission of bankruptcy related information. In 2013, they joined Novariant, Inc. as the Corporate Controller. Len then moved to DeWinter Group in 2019 as an Accounting Consultant, and in 2021, they joined Santa Clara Plating Co., Inc. as the Controller. Len is currently at Suki as the Controller, where they are helping healthcare organizations with their administrative tasks by dictating notes, retrieving info, and working with EHR.
