The government of the County of Sullivan serves a vast and diverse region situated between the Delaware River and the Catskill Mountains of New York State. With primary offices in Monticello and Liberty, NY, Sullivan County operates under the direction of a nine-member elected Legislature and an appointed Manager, providing local, state and federal services to residents and visitors.
